Add Settings PostDataNow action via ISyncService

Remove hardcoded MySQL fallback; skip sync when not configured

Use production snake_case columns + always run cleanup

Add appsettings.example.json; ignore appsettings.json to avoid secrets

Rename Settings Cancel button to Back
