5651f3e6cf Add employee designation and grade details to scan exports 
- fetch `position_title` from HRMS employee lookup and carry it through RFID scan persistence

- extend `lunch_order_transactions` migration with `grade_type` and `Designation` columns for existing databases

- store designation on `ScanRecord` and include both grade label and designation in CSV exports

- add a helper to format grade type for export as “Management” / “Non Management”
